All ophthalmic medical personnel are eligible! Previous recipients of CE Scholarships are eligible to enter after two full years (2007
recipients are again eligible in 2010).

Contribution Deadlines
(for recognition at the Foundation awards event at ACE.)
Contributions are recognized by the Foundation's fiscal year (August 1 - July 31)
- Visionary Society/July 31 - Individuals contributing $500 or more in the fiscal year. Listings include the Foundation Web site and Annual CE Program bulletin, unless request was made to remain anonymous. Participants receive a unique Visionary Society lapel pin to wear proudly.
- Cumulative/July 31 - Individuals, Societies, Corporations, and Foundations reaching a new level of cumulative contributions.
- Legacy Society - There are no deadlines for those wishing to be recognized for including the Foundation in their estate plan. All members are recognized at the awards event; new members are presented with a special gift.
