Earn your way to JCAHPO's 2012 ACE Program! Continuing Education (CE) Grants are available for JCAHPO's 40th Annual CE Program in Chicago, IL, November 9-12. All clinical ophthalmic medical personnel are eligible! Previous recipients of CE Grants are eligible to enter after two full years (2009 recipients are again eligible in 2012).

Contribution Deadlines

(For recognition at the Foundation awards event at ACE.)

Contributions are recognized by the Foundation's fiscal year (August 1 - July 31)

• Visionary Society/July 31 - Individuals contributing $500 or more in the fiscal year. Participants receive a unique Visionary Society lapel pin to wear proudly.
  
  
• Cumulative/July 31 - Individuals, Societies, Corporations, and Foundations reaching a new level of cumulative contributions.
  
  
• Legacy Society - There are no deadlines for those wishing to be recognized for including the Foundation in their estate plan. All members are recognized at the awards event; new members are presented with a special gift.
