Program Scholarships

 

2009 scholarship applications for students accepted in accredited ophthalmic training programs for OMP are available below, from program directors, or by calling the Foundation office at (800) 284-3937, ext. 246. The 2009 application deadline date for technician, technologist, and orthoptic programs is June 19. Assistant programs may apply at anytime throughout the year.
