Program Scholarships

Scholarship applications for 2012 for students accepted in accredited ophthalmic training programs for OMT (including orthoptic programs) will be available below and from program directors by February 1st, 2012, or by calling the Foundation office at (800) 284-3937. Applications for technician, technologist, and orthoptic programs must be postmarked on or before June 4, 2012. Assistant programs may apply at anytime throughout the year. OMT (including assistant) programs seeking to participate in the foundation scholarship program must submit application for eligibility.
