Program Scholarships

2010 scholarship applications for students accepted in accredited ophthalmic training programs for OMP (including orthoptic programs) are available below, from program directors, or by calling the Foundation office at (800) 284-3937, ext. 225. Applications for technician, technologist, and orthoptic programs must be postmarked on or before June 1, 2010. Assistant programs may apply at anytime throughout the year.
