ACE 2009 FAQs

Most Popular

Q: Is a Group Discount available?

A: Yes! Applicable only to the JCAHPO Full Package (NOT valid for the already discounted ATPO Scientific Session Plus JCAHPO Full Package registration combo): If more than one person from your office registers for the Full Package at the same time, we offer the first registration at the non-discounted fee and a $25 discount for each additional Full Package registration. Be sure to request the $25 discount on the registration form - no retroactive discounts will be issued.

Q: How can I register multiple people online from my office to apply for the group discount?

A: One staff person from each office location must be designated by JCAHPO prior to registering staff online by calling the JCAHPO office at (800) 284-3937.

Q: If I have already registered, how do I add to my registration?

A: Changes and additions to your initial registration must be received in writing by September 25, 2009, via Fax (651) 731-0410, e-mail registrations@jcahpo.org or mail. (Changes cannot be made online.)

Q: If I am unable to attend, can my registration be transferred to someone else?

A: Yes. Changes and additions to your initial registration must be received in writing by September 25 via fax (651) 731-0410, e-mail registrations@jcahpo.org, or mail. Changes cannot be made online. If you wish to transfer a complete registration and payment from one person to another, a registration form must be submitted for the new registrant indicating who this person is replacing. Onsite, you must first pick up your tickets before making registration changes at the JCAHPO/ATPO registration desk. Tickets you wish to exchange must be submitted at that time.

Limitations:

  • Partial transfer of courses from one registrant to another is not permissible.
  • No refunds resulting from a registration change will be issued after the October 16 cancellation deadline.
  • ATPO memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Q: Can I register for only the ATPO Grand Rounds Sessions? Are there course numbers for the ATPO Scientific Session and the Grand Rounds?

A: No, the ATPO Scientific Session + Grand Rounds Plus JCAHPO Full Package is a combined package and is not sold separately. For this package, no course numbers are required.

Q: If I register for ATPO Scientific Session + Grand Rounds Plus JCAHPO Full Package, can I take JCAHPO lectures at any time?

A: No. You may only select JCAHPO lectures that do not conflict with the Scientific Session + Grand Rounds. If you wish to register for a course that overlaps, you must adjust your package selection to the separate JCAHPO Full Package and the ATPO Scientific Session + Grand Rounds Package. Please note this option is available only to ATPO members. JCAHPO's Harold A. Stein, MD Lecture featuring Rolando Toyos, MD can be selected by ALL ACE registrants.

or can I just call the hotel?
